These days, it feels like there’s an infinite amount of stuff to get done, and nowhere nearly enough time to do it all. We get a bad health report. Work is asking more and more of us, our family wants us to be present, and we might even feel like our home has turned into a jungle. The dishes and laundry seem to have life of their own, piles appearing on the kitchen counters and any open surface. We may lose or gain family members, friends, and loved ones. The car breaks down, and bills seem to grow faster than income.

All these changes show up in our body as stress. That stress takes a toll on the mind and body, our emotions, and even our soul. Stress manifests itself in a variety of ways: muscle tension, headaches, illnesses, stomach aches, shortness with others, and general unhappiness, which can lead to feeling trapped and unfulfilled. It’s a negative cycle that’s hard to break out of. That’s why I started The Happiness Project.

I have learned how to help others find a better, more authentic way to live their lives. I work with people from all walks of life and guide them on the path to regain control of their emotions, so they can minimize their worry and stress. From stay-at-home moms to business professionals, I am passionate about providing unique, relatable, custom designed sessions to help people break free from what is holding them back from achieving real happiness.

I am certified and educated in my field of stress management, and am a member of the American Institute of Stress. Most importantly, I have helped clients discover the confidence they need to manage stress, take better care of themselves, and truly enjoy their lives on a daily basis.
